Tanya Boyd is a dynamic project manager, educator, and creative strategist with 20+ years of experience across disaster recovery, healthcare, IT, marketing, and government. As Director of Creative Collaboration at Corbeau and Project Success Academy, she blends imagination, strategy, and storytelling to design bold programs, learning experiences, and partnerships that drive measurable results. She also manages a team of PMI certification instructors who teach PMP, CAPM, and Agile certifications through PMI’s Authorized Training Partner program. In addition to project management education, Tanya develops and delivers corporate training programs focused on communication, workplace productivity, leadership effectiveness, and practical applications of artificial intelligence. She is passionate about helping professionals leverage emerging technologies while strengthening the human skills that drive collaboration and success. A PMP® since 2014 and PMI-ACP® since 2020, Tanya previously served as President of the PMI Baton Rouge Chapter, where she gained a front-row view of the evolving challenges facing project leaders. She also designed a three-part, seven-hour self-paced course covering the essentials of effective communication in projects. She is a co-author of Projectland Goes to the Movies, linking pop culture to modern leadership lessons, and a contributor to the PURE Management Alliance team that created a 60-PDU professional development series. An in-demand keynote speaker, trainer, and workshop facilitator, Tanya has delivered high-energy presentations and learning experiences to more than 50 PMI chapters, companies, and audiences at PMI Global Summit. Her topics span project leadership, communication, creativity, team development, productivity, and the practical use of AI in today's workplace. Tanya believes curiosity and communication unlock creative solutions. Off the clock, she's often kayaking Louisiana's swamps, camera in hand, chasing the next wild idea while building her nature photography portfolio.
