DebraHarrisLLC - People first then technology

Debra Ann Harris is a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle. Her strength lies in deciphering what people actually need and delivering solutions that hold up in the real world. She brings advanced proficiency in SharePoint — from architecture and administration to deep customization — alongside expert-level command of Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Her background in SQL Server development and data analysis means her solutions don't just look good; they integrate cleanly with the systems organizations already depend on. Most recently, she has led enterprise-scale Power Platform development at a major insurance company, architecting end-to-end automation solutions that connect Workday with SharePoint, building complex multi-flow approval systems, and driving AI-enhanced development practices using Microsoft Copilot across the full M365 stack.
