AI Projects from Imagination to Impact — with the ABCs of Speed, Simplicity, and Success.

Joy Marie Curtis started her career as a Kindergarten teacher. Today, she is a senior project manager implementing AI solutions for governments, hospitals, insurance companies, and beyond. If you think it was a jump from Kindergarten to Senior Project manager, think again because good project management should be as simple as the ABCs. Joy thinks too many AI companies overcomplicate implementation. She wants to simplify the landscape by guiding organizations through metacognitive strategies—thinking about our thinking on AI—to get down to the basics of what AI is. She is not afraid to highlight her project successes and failures because the goal is to move AI from the imaginary into impact.
