Founder, Her Tech Community | Real Connection for Women in Tech

I am the founder of Her Tech, a community for women and non-binary professionals in tech. There's a moment almost every woman in tech has lived through: sitting in a room, being the only one, wondering if it's just you. And I thought “this is ridiculous. We're everywhere. Why do we all feel so isolated?” It's not a confidence problem. It's not a pipeline problem. It's a community problem and community is exactly how you solve it. Her Tech Community was born from that knowing. We haven't officially launched yet. And somehow, 500+ women and nonbinary technologists from 10+ countries have already found their way to Her Tech through 20+ events on salary negotiation, pitch coaching, leadership, and the conversations that don't happen anywhere else. Her Tech is a real community where women can show up, be honest, support each other, and actually thrive- not just survive. That instinct, build what people actually need, then build it with them, is how I've always worked. I spent years cultivating relationships with 700+ of the industry's top voices, building programs that put community members' own expertise into technical documentation, and launching leadership education for some of the best technologists I know. Now I'm doing it for us. We're just getting started. We're still figuring things out. And honestly? That's kind of the whole point. We're doing this together.
