David Schlee
Technology Adventurer
David Schlee began his career in the contact center of a large financial services organization in downtown Saint Paul, supporting customers at scale and learning firsthand how complex systems affect real people. After several years on the front lines, he moved into Learning & Development, where he supported onboarding and training across multiple business lines—helping employees navigate both their roles and the broader financial services landscape. David later transitioned into Technology Services, where he became the primary Microsoft Teams administrator for the organization. In that role, he partners closely with teams across the enterprise to design and support collaborative workspaces using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Loop, and creative communication patterns tailored to how people actually work—not just how tools are labeled. When Copilot and other AI tools began entering the enterprise environment, David joined a small pilot group focused on hands‑on testing, experimentation, and responsible adoption. Since then, his work has centered on helping people understand how AI fits into daily work through practical workflows, realistic expectations, and strong human judgment. David does not come from a certification‑driven background. His experience is rooted in real use, real people, and real work—supporting teams as they adapt to rapid change. Today, his focus has shifted from traditional “user adoption” toward human support: helping individuals and teams navigate AI as a human challenge, not just a technology one.
