• Prior to joining Microsoft in 2014, Phil's career included 12+ years in the federal government where he managed health surveillance programs which have been key in reporting case numbers and trends during the pandemic. • Started his career in Microsoft with Microsoft Consulting Services where he managed major Dynamics (AX, CRM, D365 CE, D365 F&O) deployments. • As Technical Specialist during 2019 to 2021, he’s been integral in showcasing Dynamics and Power Platform to public sector clients. • Phil's free time is spent with his family (wife of 24 years, children aged 22, 21, and 17, plus a l’il Shih Tzu), at the gym, reading and writing lots, listening to music, and trash talking in fantasy sports leagues.
