Sonia Daniels, PhD is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for empowering organizations to achieve sustainable growth. Through her consulting firm, S. Daniels Consulting, she leverages her expertise to support a wide range of clients, including nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Her strong educational background in Public Policy and Public Administration-Nonprofit Management, as well as her experience in senior-level operations roles, has equipped her to effectively lead impact-focused capacity building projects. In addition to her professional work, Sonia is an active contributor to the broader social impact and business communities. She has facilitated workshops and delivered presentations on webinars and panels and at numerous summits and conferences across the United States. Her commitment to continuing education and professional development is evident in her pursuit of various certifications and ongoing learning opportunities. She has been featured on various platforms and in publications including WAFB, the Baton Rouge Business Report, Spotify, Youtube, the Louisiana Bar Association magazine, NXUnite by Nexus Marketing, Canvas Rebel, and Bloomerang. She is a 2023 graduate of the Goldman Sachs Black in Business Program and a 2024 graduate of the Tuck School of Business Executive Education program at Dartmouth.
