He designed and built Equifax's ConsumerTrak platform, transforming a cumbersome two-week process into a real-time service delivering responses in one second. This platform became widely used by major brands like Panasonic and Insinkerator to match warranty card insights with modern web interface filtering for insightful buyer intelligence. At AlumniFinder/DonorFinder, Jeffrey developed advanced systems for massive data matching, inferencing, and best-fit record modeling, optimizing targeting strategies. During his tenure at Entiera, he was instrumental in the company's exit to FICO in 2011, where he engaged in an overhaul of FICO's data-to-predictions infrastructure, significantly boosting performance and saving millions in licensing fees. Jeffrey's extensive expertise were further honed in engagements with Accenture, working with high-profile clients such as SiriusXM, Verizon FIOS, and Avis. His role as CTO/CISO advisor at Datarista and his board membership culminated in a successful exit to Rhetorik in 2019. Under Jeffrey's leadership, Infused Innovations has garnered numerous accolades, including five consecutive Inc 5000 awards, a Microsoft US Partner Award in 2021, and a Providence Business News “Fastest Growing Company” award in 2023.
