Product @ Microsoft | Copilot Pages and Loop

I’m a product leader with 20+ years of experience building high-scale, everyday products used by millions - across Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office for the web, and Microsoft Loop, where I helped stand up a new team from the ground up. Today, I focus on the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, including Copilot Pages and Copilot Notebooks, turning advances in AI into experiences that are clear, trustworthy, and genuinely useful in day-to-day work. I’ve led and grown teams for most of my career, partnering across engineering, design, research, and go-to-market to deliver products that customers love and that drive durable business results. My work is grounded in strong architecture (technical and organizational) and in building healthy, high-performing cultures. On stage, I speak about product strategy, crafting great user experiences at scale, and what it takes to build new products and new teams.
