Non Profit Technology Leader

Pete Schweiss is Director of Technology Services at Hope Ignites, where he leads integrated technology strategy across a multi-country network spanning the US, Mexico, and Guatemala. A fixture in the Salesforce nonprofit community, Pete is known for trading theoretical best practices for real implementation stories — including the ones that didn't go according to plan. From document digitization to AI adoption to SOPs that teams actually use, Pete brings a practitioner's honesty and a strategist's vision to every conversation. He's a regular on the nonprofit tech conference circuit and a firm believer that the organizations who invest in integrated technology today are the ones who will deliver greater mission impact tomorrow.
