Systems Engineer - Concurrency

I have been working in the IT sphere for around a decade, with a focus on endpoints and customer support/experience. About half of that time was focused on user/deskside support, and the other half on technology stack (Microsoft and 3rd party) ownership with MDM; mobile devices, Windows, and a bit of macOS. With a more recent focus specifically on the Intune/Endpoint Management (and related) platforms from Microsoft, I have spent the last few years solely in the Microsoft Modern Management story. With a history of creative problem solving and working in multiple technology stacks, I feel at home in Modern Device Management; especially when I joined the world of consulting with Concurrency.
