Sii Poland, Power Platform Developer

I'm a Power Platform Developer and M365 Consultant, specializing in Power Apps and Power Automate. My academic background lies in psychology, which has given me a unique outlook on tackling problems and designing for users. And also on myself. In the challenging year of 2020, amidst a pandemic and growing dissatisfaction with my job and career path, I found myself at what I now call the 'lowest point of my professional life.' This turning point pushed me to alter my career trajectory. Fueled by a longstanding aspiration to work in IT, I fully dedicated myself to realizing that dream. This journey through adversity offered me a valuable perspective, allowing me to apply insights from my psychology studies and driving me to prioritize my own mental well-being. This experience marked the beginning of a significant phase of personal change and growth.
