Integrating M365 as an Enterprise Technology Enabler

With over 25 years of experience in IT, Dianna Pieper has held diverse roles from developer to director, leading and developing teams in IT Operations, Customer Service, Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Portfolio Planning. She has successfully executed programs and projects ranging from custom-built solutions to COTS deployments, ensuring quality, security, and scalability by maturing practices, establishing standards, and overseeing continuous improvement processes. Recently, she completed her M.Sc. at the University of Derby, focusing on the behaviors and motivations related to data and security within citizen development and security frameworks. Dianna implemented methodologies to leverage existing IT and non-IT employee skill sets effectively, streamlining IT strategies using toolsets like M365 to harness institutional knowledge. She also developed practices and policies related to data security and development governance.
