Oki is a lifelong civil servant and a veteran, who believes in service to others as a personal mission and purpose. Through this core principle, he is an information technology (IT) thought leader with repeated success in go-to market strategy for innovative initiatives, analyzing investments, leading large multifunctional team, instituting performance measures, building coalition, and driving strategic development. He has been an operator, technologist, and executive. Oki is serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for Microsoft Federal Civilian. Oki previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Equideum Health. In his U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) roles, he served as the first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), Acting Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Office of the Secretary, Senior Advisor to the HHS CIO, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Senior Information Security Manager.
