Human Resources Leader

With over 20 years in Human Resources, Sharon Puchein is a knowledgeable leader with experience supporting organizations across the non-profit, healthcare, and construction sectors. She specializes in employee growth and development strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and long-term organizational success. For the past decade, Sharon has served as a District Human Resources and Professional Development Manager for PCL Construction, partnering with leaders to advance talent development and people-focused HR initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rollins College. Sharon is an active member of SHRM and GOSHRM and holds both the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. Born and raised in Central Florida, she is passionate about serving her local community, through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Wreaths Across America, Heart of Florida United Way, UCP, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
