IMPACT Professional Training

Shannon Mieloch assumed ownership of New Horizons of East Tennessee in October 2020 with a strong vision for growth, a passion for training, and a love of technology. She first came to New Horizons as an instructor many years earlier teaching classes in SQL, CRM, MS Office, and Adobe software. She also taught application development classes that included several levels of HTML and XML. She left her instructor role to start a software development firm during which she led the development of data analysis software that supported the development of PU238, the fuel source used on the Mars Rover. She has consulted across Tennessee on a variety of topics, including Power BI. Recently, New Horizons of East Tennessee has transformed into IMPACT Professional Training and is excited to bring in-person training back to the community!
