Rachel Sullivan has been supporting various Microsoft technologies for almost 30 years. She began on a help desk as a teenager and has progressed to a managerial role at Mastercam, overseeing the Systems Administration team. Rachel played a significant role in transitioning previous employers to Microsoft 365 and effectively uses the tools within the Microsoft 365 stack in her current organization. She is dedicated to teaching others about technology and how it can be utilized for business needs. Rachel is also involved in managing the Women in Teams, now Women in M365 community.
