Jeffrey Dlott, MD, MS is Associate Chair of Clinical Pathology and Assistant Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida since 2022. Dr. Dlott has over 30 years of lab management experience ranging from small private niche labs to 17 years with a national reference lab to an academic medical center. His main medical interest is the diagnosis and monitoring of bleeding and clotting disorders. Dr. Dlott’s professional journey includes obtaining a master’s degree in information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University. He has used this training to create knowledge-enabled solutions and communities of practice. When not working, Dr. Dlott is an avid collector of vintage pinball machines.
