Chief Experience Officer

As the Chief Experience Officer at GadellNet, Ashley's primary focus during the last nine years has been on enhancing GadellNet's overall client experience and driving partner success in IT relationships for the small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits they serve across the Midwest. With a strong emphasis on customer-centric strategies, Ashley's most recent focus is on understanding and preparing organizations for the future of work through gen AI like Microsoft Copilot. Based in St. Louis, she lives with her husband and two young boys. She gives back to the community by serving on various boards, committees and networking groups, including the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, Vistage, ECHO Collective and Greater St. Louis Inc's Investor Council, among others.
