MVP Copilot Studio, AI & Copilot Lead @ForwardForever

I work as an AI & Copilot Lead at Forward Forever, focusing on helping organizations adopt AI, Copilot, and agent-based solutions in a practical, well-governed, and scalable way. My work spans customer advisory, solution and system architecture, pre-sales support, and internal capability development across AI and Copilot solutions. I have over 20 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, working with solutions ranging from intranets, document and case management systems to modern digital workplaces and collaboration platforms. Over the years, my role has evolved from solution designer to lead architect, trainer, and advisor, with a strong focus on how technology actually supports everyday work.
