Cornelia Heyde has been working for Microsoft Germany for over 15 years in various roles and supports customers in successfully implementing modern work. Today, she leads the Modern Work Team "Manufacturing" in the Customer Success Unit. For her, "New Work" is not a buzzword, but her passion: she is an expert in digital leadership, cultural change and innovative technologies such as Microsoft Teams. She has made it her mission to share her experiences with interested parties so that as many as possible can benefit from it. She writes her own blog and is a speaker at conferences. Cornelia Heyde is convinced that all people should benefit from the new possibilities of digitization and the New Work movement.
