Hector Luciano JrPractice Manger I am the Modern Apps Practice Manager for South East region at Insight Digital Innovation. Based in Tampa, FL, and responsible for managing client delivery efforts and strategic initiatives, growing internal development teams and capabilities, and providing technical and architectural guidance for various projects. I love helping companies across the U.S. succeed in moving to the cloud, with a particular focus on B2C Identity, Mobile Dev, App Modernization, and IoT. I applied those passions to the IT industry for over 24+ years – the past 20 as a consultant wearing many hats (developer, trainer, architect, mentor, manager). As a certified Azure Cloud Solution Architect, and a Mobile Dev I also enjoy presenting on technology topics at IT conferences and user groups for many years.
