I started my career in 2016 as an intranet consultant and SharePoint developer, focusing on the design and implementation of communication portals and intranet solutions that strengthen internal communication and collaboration. From the outset, my work has been closely aligned with the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, with a strong emphasis on usability, adoption, and employee experience. Over time, my role expanded to include solution architecture and the delivery of modern intranet solutions, starting with standard, out-of-the-box SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities. Building on this foundation, I design and deliver advanced intranet platforms using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Azure, and the Power Platform. My work includes building custom intranet solutions, developing advanced SPFx components and extensions, integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Digital Asset Management platforms, automating business processes, managing deployments, and providing ongoing optimization and support. In recent years, I have specialized in AI-driven intranet solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. I design and implement generative, autonomous, and intranet-specific AI agents that enhance search, knowledge discovery, and process automation directly within the intranet. By leveraging Microsoft Copilot extensibility (MCP) and Adaptive Cards, I enable interactive, actionable user experiences and seamless integration with enterprise systems, allowing employees to access data, trigger workflows, and complete business processes from a single intelligent interface. Today, my focus lies in designing secure, scalable, and future-ready Microsoft 365 intranet and Modern Workplace architectures that combine communication, collaboration, automation, and AI-powered experiences. I support organizations from strategy and solution architecture through implementation, deployment, and adoption, helping them build intranet platforms that deliver measurable business value and an improved employee experience.
