Founder of Women TechExchange | Technologist | Global Programs & Product Leader | AI, Education & Social Impact | ex-Google
I am a Global Programs and Product Leader with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and social impact. A former software developer turned executive leader, I bring a rare blend of technical depth, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership. At Google, I helped launch and scale transformative initiatives across Google Research, People Operations, Engineering Education, and Google.org—most notably as a founding member of Google Code Next, a national program designed to empower students to pursue careers in tech. As a Global Programs Lead within Google.org, I directed a multi-million dollar portfolio, leading a team of 40+ to deliver education and AI initiatives that reached 150,000+ women and youth in 190+ countries. Today, I channel that same vision and execution into my ventures, and support startups and organizations as a fractional Chief Operating Officer. I also serve on the Board of Trustees at Pace University, where I mentor the next generation of leaders at the intersection of tech and education. What drives me is building systems, products, and communities that are inclusive, future-ready, and impactful. Whether scaling global programs, designing technological solutions, or guiding teams through complex transformations, I thrive at the nexus of strategy, innovation, and execution. Outside of work, I am a proud mom, educator, community organizer, and passionate advocate for equitable access to technology.
