My approach revolves around fostering accountability, ensuring that the transformative journey results in tangible and sustainable actions. Jen journey began with a successful 15-year career in various Human Resources roles, where she ascended the corporate ranks. However, eventually felt a sense of stagnancy, prompting her to ask difficult questions and explore integrating more of my passions into my life while maintaining balance and purpose. In 2022, I took a bold step by leaving her role as the Head of Recruitment at HMH to launch her own coaching business. This pivotal move allowed her to deepen my commitment to coaching and assist others in breaking free from feeling stuck, guiding them toward a clear path to reach their full potential.
