Microsoft AI Cloud Solution Architect

Melody Yin is a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI and Machine Learning at Microsoft. For the past 2.5 years, she has partnered with independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), and their customers to design and build Generative AI solutions and architectures. Melody brings deep expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), pro-code agentic AI workflows, and multi-agent solution design, including the use of the AutoGen reflection pattern. Prior to joining Microsoft, she earned a Master’s degree in Data Science from New York University, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced analytics and AI technologies.
