Ilya Pozharsky is a recognized leader in secure collaboration, compliance, and data governance. In these roles, he advised Microsoft’s most strategic customers on achieving regulatory goals across frameworks such as GDPR, ISO, GLBA, and CMMC. With deep expertise in cloud security and compliance, Ilya has helped enterprises securely migrate from legacy on-premises systems to the Microsoft cloud, implement zero-trust strategies, and leverage Microsoft’s security and compliance solutions to protect sensitive data while enabling modern collaboration. Today at eSHARE, Ilya focuses on transforming compliance into a competitive advantage—helping regulated enterprises unlock data governance, align with CMMC, and accelerate AI adoption. He is an active member of ISACA, ISC2, OWASP, and IAPP, and holds leading security certifications including CISM and CISSP.
