Technology Leader Accenture

I currently serve as the Accenture Oracle Education Practice Talent, Training, and Recruitment Lead and was previously Accenture's Hispanic American/ LatinX Recruitment Pillar Lead for North America. I'm a proud founder and on the leadership board of the Central Florida Chapter of Latinas in Tech. I serve on the board of directors for LatinX Digital Leaders Now and the Puerto Rican Organization for the Performing Arts (PROPA) and was recently named to the National Innovation and Technology Committee for The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the largest and oldest Latino Civil Rights organization in the United States. I have a passion for advocating for underrepresented groups in STEM. For the past 6 years I led Accenture’s Hour of Code Program for the Orlando area, bringing educational computer science programming to students at Orange County Public Schools in both English and Spanish. Papaya Tutor, Inc presented me with their very first Mom of the Year Award in 2022 and I was awarded the Rising Star Award by Women of ALPFA.
