Product Director - Applied AI

With a background in cognitive developmental research and 10+ years in technology sales and product development, John has led multiple successful intrapreneurial ventures at SHI, developing products and programs for the Scaleup, Private Equity, ITaaS, and now AI divisions. For the past two years, John has been spearheading SHI's Generative AI initiative, Project Mindspark, which is focused on democratizing data, driving internal productivity, and enhancing customer experience.
