Tero Niemi likes trying things with Copilot to see what actually happens. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and sometimes it leads to unexpected but useful insights. He works with Microsoft 365 and Copilot and spends a lot of time experimenting with Agent Builder, especially where governance, knowledge sources, and real‑world constraints start to matter.
