Base-IT GmbH, Lead Architect for AI

Peter has an extensive history as a speaker at events and training sessions. His journey began in 2002 when he received the MVP award in recognition of his community engagement. As a member of the MVP Alumni Program, he remains deeply committed to the community. Over the following years, he served as a speaker at various Microsoft conferences in Austria, including “Big Days” and others. After joining his current employer, Base-IT GmbH, in 2010, Peter conducted hundreds of internal workshops and training sessions. His long-standing expertise in IT—from Hyper‑V and System Center products to Microsoft 365—naturally led him into the field of AI. When Bing Chat Enterprise was released, he delivered early hands-on workshops for customers, supporting the evolution of these capabilities into today’s Microsoft 365 Copilot. In addition, Peter has served as a speaker at numerous internal events organized by his employer and has represented the company at public Microsoft conferences, including the AI Tour in Vienna.
