Under his leadership, Xillio developed into a global leader in content migration software and services, offering solutions built on a unified data model and boasting over 60 connectors to legacy enterprise content management (ECM) systems The company’s innovations earned it recognition as a Gartner “Cool Vendor” in Content Services in 2017 His contributions extend beyond Xillio: in December 2019, he was elected to the AIIM Board of Directors, the governing body guiding the Association for Intelligent Information Management In 2024, he advanced to become Vice Chair, and as of late 2024 into 2025, he serves as Chair of the AIIM Board
