Chanel N. Turner is the owner of "The Turner Point", a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and AI adoption. She helps organizations translate emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and mission impact. Chanel previously served as the National Microsoft 365 Adoption & Digital Transformation Lead at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where she led enterprise adoption strategies that prepared more than 60,000 employees to work in modern, AI-enabled environments. Her work focuses on helping people—not just systems—successfully adopt new technology. A former AmeriCorps leader and longtime advocate for public service, Chanel remains committed to using technology to strengthen government, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations. Fun fact - She enjoys being herded around the house by her corgi, Mr. Sheffield, which she insists counts as cardio.
