Microsoft Copilot MVP and Adoption Specialist

I'm a Microsoft Copilot MVP and Modern Workplace Managing Consultant at Delegate, where I lead our Copilot Adoption Framework. My focus is helping organizations turn Copilot from a promising technology into something practical, impactful, and truly useful in the everyday work experience. With a background in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and modern workplace technologies, I’ve spent the past decade guiding organizations through digital transformation, always with people and productivity at the center. Whether I’m working with leadership teams, IT departments, or end users, I aim to bring clarity, energy, and real-world perspective to how we adopt and scale AI tools like Copilot.
