aimpact Consulting , Co-founder, CEO

Expert in the Microsoft ecosystem with more than 18 years of experience in the information technology sector, I am the Co-founder and CEO of aiMpact Consulting. Holder of a Master's degree in applied computer science, I have several cutting-edge titles, including Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional and certified expert in M365, Azure AI and Copilot. This dual technical and strategic skill allows me to support organizations in a high-performance integration of artificial intelligence. My approach is based on the idea that technology cannot succeed without a special focus on people. As a speaker, I demonstrate how support and training become the essential levers for successful change management. Based on my experience with institutions such as the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), I help leaders transform Microsoft Copilot into a lever for sustainable growth. My objective is twofold: to guarantee user comfort and buy-in on a daily basis, while ensuring a tangible return on investment (ROI) for decision-makers and investors.
