Principal Solution Architect, Microsoft Federal — governance-first AI platforms on Azure and Power Platform

Scott Orr is a Principal Solution Architect at Microsoft Federal. He splits his time between Power Platform and Dynamics customers — the architecture sessions, the pre-sales work, the calls where someone asks whether this will actually scale — and building an AI orchestration platform for organizations that have to prove what their AI did, not just that it once worked. He's been on the Microsoft business platform since the mid-90s. The AI work is where the two ends meet: versioned prompts, swappable model providers, no secrets in the stack, drift showing up on a dashboard instead of in a support ticket.
