Trainer extraordinaire

I worked in education for just over 14 years as an an IT subject specialist. However after the implementation of SharePoint and Teams into my school during the COVID 19 pandemic I decided to take my knowledge and passion for the subject in a different direction. Since migrating from the world of education into the implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, I have guided numerous organisations in their successful roll-outs of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. My belief is, that training is key to ensuring that all staff are able to confidently use new systems or processes any organisation wishes to implement. I'm am now currently working for CISL (Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership) helping them to build staff skills and confidence using the Microsoft suite of apps. This opportunity has allowed me to develop in depth training and coaching within the context of the organisation. Using my background in education and my knowledge of the subject I have been able to build a curriculum, train and update everyone within CISL on the many changes that can effect their day to day work. This has led to a happier and more informed work force all round.
