Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with an unhealthy obsession with Power Automate, Power Apps Portals, learning and empowering others

I'm a freelance functional consultant having started out with Dynamics CRM v3 and now loving getting my hands dirty with all things Power Platform - with a particular passion for upskilling others and expanding my knowledge on Power Automate and Power Apps Portals. Mostly I love upgrade projects and getting prototypes into users' hands early and often I'm an outside the box thinker and like to bring creative ideas and don't like to take no "It can't do that" as an answer! I've got a client-facing background (firstly in bars and nightclubs, then...) in UAT, end-user training and floor-walking support which I reckon gives me a great understanding of what makes a great system from an end-user perspective.
