Jamie comes from an operational background within public services before moving over to technology. Now with almost a decade of experience with Dynamics and Power Platform under his belt, he identifies hidden talent that exists within his clients' organisations to ensure they are properly supported and nurtured so that both the organisation and the individual benefit . More recently, as he's taken on more leadership roles, he has been involved with actively building in house teams to enable organisations to become more self sufficient. He also is involved in digital governance and defining strategy and good practice. His lofty aim is to build enough talent that he becomes redundant as a freelancer.
