Carol is an M365 administrator, SharePoint enthusiast, and low-code developer for a small consulting firm in northeast Ohio. Her background launching SharePoint and Teams in organizations includes building intranets from the ground up, adapting existing processes to new tools, and introducing a variety of new tech, all while earning the trust of (often reluctant) users.
