It's not a job, it's a lifestyle!

Tobias Strenk doesn't just work in IT — he lives it. After more than 25 years across the Bundeswehr as an officer, financial services, sales, and business development, he found his real home in the Microsoft ecosystem over a decade ago and never looked back. As Head of Infrastructure & Security at Tuleva AG (Hamburg) since 2022, Tobias designs and defends Microsoft 365 environments for customers across automotive, renewable energy, finance, logistics, aviation, real estate, publishing, military, and foundations. His playground: Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams — plus everything Zero Trust, Copilot, and modern cloud architecture. What sets him apart is the mindset of someone who has led people, sold ideas, and built things from scratch — combined with the hands-on rigor of a engineer who actually fixes the problem. He thinks solutions through to the end, then ships them clearly and without drama. Expect plain talk on what Microsoft is really shipping, what's worth the line, and how to balance operational agility and security without compromising either.
