Solution Consultant - Pax8

Elliott is a Dynamics 365 Solution Consultant who helps partners talk to small and medium sized businesses transform their operations with cloud-based solutions. He has over four years of experience in the Customer Success area, where he built strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensured they maximized the value of their systems. He has expertise in the wider Dynamics 365 stack, but with a focus on Business Central, Sales Professional and the Power Platform. Elliott started his career as an accountant, learning the technology and terminology of finance systems. This sparked his interest in Dynamics 365 and led him to join Bam Boom Cloud, a leading provider of cloud solutions for SMBs. As the Global Head of Customer Success, he was responsible for upselling and cross-selling services, as well as collaborating with various Dynamics 365 focused MSPs. After the acquisition of Bam Boom Cloud by Pax8, Elliott transitioned to the role of Solution Consultant with a focus on Dynamic 365, where he helps MSPs understand the value and potential of Dynamics 365 for businesses of all sizes. He assists them with presales stages, driving sales throughout the channel, and shares his knowledge and passion for cloud solutions.
