Log Analytics and Application Insights are increasingly becoming the storage mechanism of choice for telemetry data. At its core is Azure Data Explorer (ADX) or "Kusto", and the KQL language for analysis, which can also be used independently. Power BI is of course the standard for data analysis and reporting in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Beyond the Intranet: Digital Workplace Apps, Solutions n Bots

While “lift-and-shift” is a familiar and straightforward approach to migrating data from shared drives and SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, that approach does not provide the most value in the long term and introduces increasing financial, operational, and legal risks. A better approach is to leverage intelligent data migration using THEMIS ICE – a migration product that has built-in data classification and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to dynamically route content to locations based on data types, policies, and/or sensitivity status. This presentation will show how to use THEMIS ICE to discover data including "dark content", how to extract information, how to assess it, and how to eliminate the ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, or Trivial). The cleansed data can then be classified and enriched using AI and   intelligently migrated to SharePoint Online.
