Head of Testing @ Endava Croatia

I often say that Testing is in my DNA. It all started in my childhood, with an interest in how things work, and how can I break it. 🔨 The level of my curiosity never decreased and brought me 10+ years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. My career path took me from a Software tester position to a Test Manager role working on different types of challenging projects. Two years ago I switched to a leadership position and started the role as Head of Testing in Endava Croatia. I'm very passionate about building strong T-shaped CSI teams with many talented detectives because to me testing equals detective work. 🔍 When you start building a team, setting up processes, welcoming new team members, constantly challenging the team to give more, and going beyond their comfort zone, you go step by step - not knowing if the vision you have will become true. It's like planting a bamboo tree. After planting, it doesn't break through the ground for 5 years. Once it breaks through, it will grow 90 feet tall in 5 weeks. So it's a long journey, but the final result is extraordinary and really rewarding.
