I’m Diego Domingos da Silva, a Microsoft 365 MVP, Principal Solutions Architect, speaker, blogger, and the voice behind UnsuckM365. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, people, and the very real mess that lives between them. My focus is SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, governance, and helping organizations clean up the chaos they’ve been carrying for years. I don’t believe in making Microsoft 365 sound more magical than it is. I believe in making it usable. My work helps organizations modernize legacy systems, fix broken content habits, build practical governance, and prepare for AI in ways that actually make sense. Outside of client work, I speak, write, and help build community spaces where people feel less intimidated and more welcome. As an LGBTQIA+ person in tech, that matters deeply to me. Someone once made this community feel less scary for me, and I try to do the same by making room for others. I write at UnsuckM365, where I share no-fluff stories about what it really takes to make Microsoft 365 work for humans. And yes, I’m also a bedroom DJ, which feels right, because my best work is about the same thing music is about: connection, timing, and helping people feel like they belong.
