She made her mark in Sisak, Guildford, and Zagreb, yet her work extends far beyond these cities; she has led projects in 25 countries and on 5 continents. Her professional path threads through the oil industry and IT sector, demonstrating a breadth of experience. Her professional project management career includes managing and leading projects at INA, Honeywell UOP, and Lemax. Interestingly, it all started during her student days at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology. She was also part of the BEST student organization, where she was responsible for organizing social events and parties during 2-week educational seminars for European students. Believe it or not, this experience landed her the first career contract at INA, as it highlighted her organizational skills and passion among other applicants. Ana's expertise in project management shines at Lemax: in her previous role as a Project Manager and in her current role as Product Operations Lead. She drives the company's product operations, aligns them for scaling, and executes the product roadmap. She also leads the execution of an EU-funded software development project.
