Getting started with RPA with Power Automate for Desktop

In this session, I will show how to create and use power automate flows to take your Power BI reporting solutions to the next level
During this session, I will show:
1- How to create a live dashboard in Power BI with an MS forms data
2- Adding a button to your Power BI reports that allows users to send data from a Table/Matrix to their email and Teams 
3- How to schedule automatic emails or Teams messages to receive data from Power BI Datasets at a specific time or days
4- How to manage the flow’s output (Email, MS Teams, SharePoint, CSV,…) 


The advantages of integrating Power BI with Power Automate

Power BI kann sehr viel, aber wie starte ich damit?

Viel besser als standardisierte Beispielkurse und Schulungen funktioniert es, mit echten Daten "einfach mal loszulegen".

Was aber, wenn es im Unternehmen noch gar keinen passenden Anwendunsgfall gibt und ich trotzdem mein Wissen ausbauen will?
In diesem Fall lohnt es sich, Power BI im privaten Alltag zu integrieren! Excel-Haushaltsbücher kennen wahrscheinlich einige, aber echte Datenanalysen sind in Power BI oft einfacher, so dass die Vorteile auch bei "kleinen" Anwendungsfällen sichtbar werden.

In der Session möchte ich Hand-On meine privaten Analysen nochmal Schritt für Schritt aufbauen: mit Fokus auf Bahnfahrten und einen Ausblick auf Finanzdaten.
Dabei soll sichtbar werden, wie einfach es ist, mit Power BI zu starten, aber bereits schnell eine gewisse Tiefe zu erreichen.

Man kann einen Flow bauen und man kann einen Flow bauen. Dieser kann 8 Minuten für einen Durchlauf benötigen oder nur wenige Sekunden und dabei wird das selbe Resultat erzielt.
