In meiner Session zeige ich, wie man mit den Bordmitteln von Microsoft 365 – Teams, Viva und SharePoint Online – eine voll funktionsfähige Mitarbeiter-App erstellen kann, ohne auf Drittanbieter-Tools zurückgreifen zu müssen. Wir beginnen mit einem Überblick über die Möglichkeiten und Funktionen dieser Tools und wie sie sich nahtlos integrieren lassen, um eine zentrale, leicht zugängliche Plattform für alle Mitarbeiter zu schaffen. Hierbei gehe ich auf die Vorteile ein, die sich durch die Nutzung der bestehenden Infrastruktur von M365 ergeben, darunter einfache Skalierbarkeit, mobile Zugänglichkeit und geringe Implementierungskosten.

Im zweiten Schritt präsentiere ich praxisnahe Use Cases und zeige, wie man Teams als Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsplattform nutzen kann, um alle relevanten Informationen zentral verfügbar zu machen. Mit SharePoint Online demonstriere ich die Möglichkeiten zur Integration von News und Inhaltsseiten, Dokumentenmanagement und interaktiven Inhalten. Zudem stelle ich Viva Connections vor und erläutere, wie man damit personalisierte, mobile Erlebnisse für Mitarbeiter gestalten kann.

Am Ende der Session können die Teilnehmer eine eigene Mitarbeiter-App konzipieren, die nicht nur die interne Kommunikation verbessert, sondern auch die Mitarbeiterbindung fördert. Ich gebe konkrete technische Anleitungen mit, wie man SharePoint Online für Content-Bereitstellung und Teams als Frontend nutzen kann, sowie Best Practices zur App-Anpassung und -Verwaltung.

Mit der Microsoft Copilot Wave 2 wurden Copilot Pages als neues zentrales Element für Microsoft 365 Copilot etabliert... Endlich direkt aus dem BizChat in Teams und Co.  heraus mit den Ergebnissen der eigenen Prompts in die Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen*innen wechseln. Kon Copy & Paste, sondern direkt mit den Ergebnissen des Prompts über die Loop Pages mit einem Klick in die Kollaboration. Möglich macht das im Hintergrund Microsoft Loop. Richtig Copilot Pages sind Loop Components. 
Wir werfen in dieser Session einen Blick auf die Copilot Pages und ihre Möglichkeiten auf der einen und ihre Einbettung ins Loopiverse auf der anderen Seite.
